I’ve been on Sac State’s campus for over 7 years at this point. It feels like I’ve seen all the buildings in all kinds of light. When you’re walking from  building to building and class to class you can get caught up in just getting there, let alone avoiding people with their heads buried in their phones. At that point, things start to seem overly familiar and nothing looks interesting. That’s the point I got to a little while back. I know there are loads of cool areas, but I just couldn’t see them anymore.

Well, I started looking again for those cool spots. This time, I started looking up. Rather than trying to show the vast openness of the campus I’ve focused in on smaller elements and creating some more minimalistic compositions. One of my favorites so far is this one of the Library.
